PSANZ Annual Congress
The Perinatal Society of Australia and New Zealand holds an annual congress. The annual congress aims rotate evenly between Australian States and Territories and New Zealand.
Aims of the Congress
The aims of the Annual Congress are to:
- provide an opportunity for members to broaden their perspectives of perinatology;
- stimulate research activities aimed at improving perinatal care
- present scientifically rigorous and valid new information
- debate new information and ideas of relevance to perinatology
PSANZ 2025 Congress will run from 14th March with pre congress meetings to 19th March
PSANZ 2024 Congress took place in Christchurch, New Zealand from the 6th - 10th April
PSANZ 2023 Congress took place in Melbourne from the 5th - 8th March
PSANZ 2022 Congress took place in Adelaide from the 16th - 18th May
The PSANZ 2021 was a virtual congress, and took place from the 29th - 31st March
PSANZ 2020 Congress- Sydney
*Due to COVID-19, the PSANZ 2020 Congress in Sydney did not take place and was rolled over to the 2021 virtual conference format
2019 Congress was held on the Gold Coast, Queensland from 17th to 20th March, 2019
2018 Congress was held in Auckland, New Zealand from March 25-28th.
2017 Congress was held in Canberra ACT Australia from 2 to 5 April.
